In our store you will find a wide selection of our farm yarns, handwovens, spinning fibers, and our pottery.

To us, this is not just a yarn business, but a way of life and a way of utilizing our land to grow natural wool. We farm so we can provide fiber to makers who want to create their own handmade goods using home grown yarns. We hope you choose to support our sheep farm, purchasing from the farmer who raised the sheep that grew the wool with intention to make beautiful wool for your special project.

We offer only all natural fibers, processed in small mills, who use low impact processing without the use of harsh chemicals. Our yarns are virtually vm free because we take extra time and resources to coat our sheep so that the hay does not contaminate their lovely wool or your creations. Our yarns are also low pilling, yet soft and luxurious. We believe in creating yarns that are not just beautiful, comfortable, but also long wearing. You can read about how Finnsheep fiber makes our yarns unique on our store Blog.

We personally hand dye all of our yarns with carefully chosen plants that are historically proven to keep their color long lasting. Plants that grow here on our farm, that we hand pick, simmer in rain water, air dry and twist for you. ec4cad41-31d3-4662-8ecd-5e21d72740f0.jpeg
